Hong Yip Serves Customers with Heart Winning “Service Talent Award”, the Oscar of the retail trade in Hong Kong

Recently the Company achieved promising results by winning 9 awards in the “Service Talent Award” ceremony, organized by The Hong Kong Retail Management Association (“HKRMA”).

Harbour North, one of our managed properties, received the group award “Potential Brand Award” and the individual award “New Participating Brands Category – Silver Award”; while 7 of our customer care ambassadors from Harbour North, Mikiki, Tsuen Wan Plaza and Park Central were named as “Excellent Service Stars” after competing in the round of “Mystery Shopper Assessment” for their high quality services with care and professionalism amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Hong Yip, with firm commitment to enhancing the service quality and management standard, uplifting lifestyle of customers and meeting their needs, received overwhelming recognition from the industry.
