Hong Yip's properties Won Gold and Bronze Awards respectively in the “BOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awards 2022”

Hong Yip has been actively promoting environmental protection and setting strict environmental protection standards for its properties to reduce environmental pollution. We also step up efforts to undertake corporate social responsibility and reduce our environmental impact. The BOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awards, organised by Federation of Hong Kong Industries (“FHKI”) and sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) (“BOCHK”) since 2015, aims to promote active participation in environmentally conscious practices among enterprises in Hong Kong. After a series of evaluations, our managed property, Wonderland Villas, won the Gold Award; while both Tsuen Wan Plaza (S.A.) and Royal Peninsula won the Bronze Award respectively in the “BOCHK Corporate Low-Carbon Environmental Leadership Awards 2022”.

Hong Yip will continue to implement environmental management, contribute to promoting a low-carbon lifestyle, and pledge support for Hong Kong to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, creating a sustainable and green city.
