Hong Yip and Lik Kai Engineering Together Won the IESGB ESG Achievement Awards 2021/2022

Hong Yip has recently participated in the ESG Achievement Awards 2021/2022 Ceremony hosted by The Institute of ESG & Benchmark (IESGB) and was very honoured to be awarded the Gold Prize of the “Special ESG Awards – Outstanding ESG Performer of the Year” (Large Enterprise) together with its subsidiary Lik Kai Engineering. Hong Yip is also the first property management company in Hong Kong to receive this honour, demonstrating the Company’s efforts in sustainability are widely recognized.

Hong Yip has been practising ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) for years and constantly innovating with the integration of smart technology, study of energy efficiency as well as the application of renewable energy. The Company proactively combines ESG elements into property management work. Taking "Service for Tomorrow" as its corporate goal, Hong Yip carries out strategies incorporated with sustainable development principles. The theme of this year’s IESGB ESG Achievement Awards has set to be “Pursuit of the ESG E.R.A - Evolution, Resilience, Action" to showcase winning companies’ leadership in sustainable development by making remarkable progress towards a more sustainable future, and to encourage industry peers to strengthen their ESG standards for a better futures.
