2012 Excellence in Hong Kong Facility Management Award

In the “2012 Excellence in Hong Kong Facility Management Award” organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management, Hong Yip Service, Grandeur Property Management and Royal Elite Service received a total of 9 awards in residential, industrial and retail categories respectively.

We introduced vertical greening and sky gardens to our industrial and commercial premises to reduce greenhouse effect. Vehicle navigation parking system, high energy efficiency facilities and electronic customer traffic counting system are equipped in shopping malls to meet tenants’ expectations. We also enhance our value-added home services like laundry, daily consumables and handy home repairs, etc. to provide hassle-free living for residents.
