2011 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence

The event was jointly organized by eleven organizations, including the Environmental Campaign Committee, Environmental Protection Department, Advisory Council on the Environment and Business Environmental Council, with an aim to encourage businesses and organizations to adopt green management and innovation. Comprehensive assessments were carried out by a panel of judges based on environmental leadership, partnership, planning and environmental achievement.

Hong Yip and Royal Elite were granted the certificates of merit in the property management category for the remarkable achievements at Pristine Villa and Manhattan Hill respectively.
