Hong Yip has once again been awarded the highest honour of “ERB Annual Excellence Award for Employers” (傑出僱主年度大獎) on 18 March 2025 at the “ERB Award Presentation Ceremony” organized by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). We have been receiving this award for 14 consecutive years, demonstrating our commitment in promoting ERB retraining courses and hiring trainees graduated from the programs over these years.

Hong Yip organized the Peace Box Campaign for the twelfth consecutive year during Easter to donate supplies for those in need
Hong Yip and other co-organisers are devoted to spreading love and care through the PeaceBox Campaign every Easter. The campaign was launched since 2014, through a box –"Peace Box”to connect the needs in the community. There were over 100,000 boxes donated in the past 10 years given with commodities, dried food, toys, stationery and etc., to grassroots families and people in need.

Hong Yip has been actively introducing innovative technology, dedicated to promoting the digitalization of property management industry and creating a smart community in Hong Kong. Hong Yip has consistently upheld the “people-oriented” corporate philosophy of its parent company, Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, and is dedicated to enhancing talent quality as a cornerstone of its sustainable development. Recently, the Company was commended the "QF Gold Star Employers" certificate at the “Qualifications Framework (QF) Partnerships Commendation Ceremony 2025” organized by the Education Bureau. Since its launch in 2020, this ceremony has been held for three times. Hong Yip is honoured to be one of the only two companies, among 94 awarded companies, to receive this highest prestigious recognition for three consecutive times, showcasing the Company’s leadership position in the industry and recognizing our effort in talent training and development.

This collaboration aims to jointly promote Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET), further expand Hong Kong’s talent pool and foster the integration of talent development with industry needs.

Hong Yip’s 40-Year-Old Sun Hung Kai Centre Received LEED Platinum Recertification
Hong Yip has consistently upheld the philosophy “Building Homes with Heart” of its parent company, Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP). Over the years, the Company has been optimizing Sun Hung Kai Centre, SHKP's flagship commercial building completed in 1982, in line with the Group’s commitment to sustainable development. Recently, Sun Hung Kai Centre has once again received LEED Platinum recertification under “v4.1 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings” from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), making it the longest-standing commercial building to maintain a Platinum rating in Hong Kong.
