Qualifications Framework (QF) Accredited Credentials and Programs

  • Since June 2010, Hong Yip has been accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ). It became the first property management company authorized to offer QF (competency-based) Programs from Level 1 to 4.
  • Hong Yip has successfully launched more than 20 accredited QF Programs and issued thousands of recognized diplomas/certificates, making it the leader in the industry .
  • In 2022, Hong Yip further distinguished itself as the first and only company in the sector to introduce the "Advanced Diploma in Integrated Property Services Management (QF Level 4)“. This Program was approved by the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) as a specified academic qualification for the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) licence, setting a benchmark for the industry .
  • Since the introduction of the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) mechanism in March 2013, Hong Yip has enabled the largest number of employees, both within the property management field and across other industries, to obtain accredited qualifications through this pathway.
