Hong Yip has always placed great emphasis on quality service, innovative technology, and environmental management. Recently, the Company won numerous awards at the "HKIH Elite Awards 2024", organized by The Hong Kong Institute of Housing, recognizing Hong Yip’s outstanding performance over the past year as well as the team's relentless efforts in innovation and pursuit of excellence.

Among the accolades, Wonderland Villas received the "Best ESG Team" Grand Award. The management team has actively responded to environmental initiatives over the years, promoting wastes and resources recycling and reuse. It is also the first housing estate in Hong Kong to recycle glass bottles into glass-sand for anti-slip coating on pedestrian paths. This helps contribute to carbon reduction, enhance environmental safety, reduce accidents and minimize construction waste, demonstrating the “Sustainable Green City Concept” of Hong Yip. In addition, the team has been advocating a diverse and inclusive culture. By leveraging our property management expertise and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with local organizations and government departments, we extended our support in the development of a diversified green economy in Hong Kong, creating a more harmonious and sustainable community.

The management team of Wetland Seasons Park management team received the "Best Crisis Management Team" Grand Award for their good use of smart technology to respond during the sudden power blackout crisis in Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai and Yuen Long in 2022. In response to the unexpected power outages, the management team immediately activated an emergency response mechanism and provided residents with real-time updates using the self-developed SoProp mobile app. At the same time, the team provided comprehensive support to residents, including dry food, bottled water and backup power banks, and opened the clubhouse throughout the night for residents to rest, particularly the elderly and children. The management team also promptly deployed diesel supply to ensure the operation of the backup generators, maintaining essential lighting and basic lift services.
