The CLP Smart Energy Award, organized by CLP, aims to recognize outstanding enterprises that excel in energy conservation and renewable energy. Hong Yip and its managed property Century Link both won at the CLP Smart Energy Award 2024 ceremony respectively, including the CLP "Smart Energy Award" and the "Summer Saver Rebate Programme, the Recognition Scheme for Property Management Offices".
