The Universal Design Award Scheme, organized by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC), aims to recognize companies and organizations that they provide an accessible built environment, and encourage them to adopt a wide range of universal designs for all peoples. In the Universal Design Awards Scheme 2024/25 Award Ceremony held on 1 November 2024, properties were awarded eight prizes, which demonstrate Hong Yip’s efforts and achievements in creating inclusive environments.
