Hong Yip has once again been awarded the "Outstanding Sustainability Enterprise Award" in the non-listed company (property management) category at the AM730 "ESG Green Development & Carbon Neutrality Awards", recognizing the company's outstanding contribution in the areas of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and its efforts toward achieving carbon neutrality.

This award is co-hosted by am730, the Institute of ESG & Benchmark (IESGB), and the Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia (IFTA). It evaluates companies based on their ESG performance and assesses their work and effectiveness in fulfilling corporate social responsibility and promoting green sustainable development. The evaluation criteria include (1) management commitment and stakeholder engagement, (2) sustainable development strategies, (3) risk management, (4) business integrity and ethics, (5) corporate contributions to social development and talent development, (6) environmental protection measures, and (7) the impact of sustainable development initiatives on business performance or society.

This acknowledgement once again affirms the Company's outstanding performance in sustainable development, green applications, and carbon reduction.
