Hong Yip has always aimed to promote sustainable development and carbon neutrality, by utilizing innovative technologies and integrating environmental protection into daily management to reduce energy consumption. Over the years, Hong Yip has received numerous green awards, affirming the Company’s efforts in environmental protection, energy conservation as well as promotion of environmental protection.

This year, 11 of our properties were recognized at the Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) 2023. Among all, Century Link won the Bronze Award in the category of Property Management (Residential), recognizing the Company’s continuous commitment in environmental work, fulfilling the sustainable development philosophy of its parent company Sun Hung Kai Properties, and aiming at providing a better living environment, creating a better lifestyle, and fostering a better community.

The Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence is organized by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) with the Environment and Ecology Bureau and in collaboration with nine organizations, namely, the Advisory Council on the Environment, the Business Environment Council, the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the Hong Kong Chinese Importers' & Exporters' Association, the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the Hong Kong Productivity Council.
