On 12 July, the Company won eight awards in the annual "Property Management Week 2024 - Outstanding Practitioner Award Ceremony" jointly organized by Hong Kong Institute of Certified Property Managers, Hong Kong Mediation Centre and Hong Kong Property Innovative Technology and Environmental Protection Association, among which the Company won champion and first runner-up of the "Elderly Care Service Award", champion in the "Customer Service Award", and a number of Merit Awards in the categories of "Middle Management Practitioner" and "Frontline Practitioner", which highly affirmed Hong Yip's unwavering efforts in providing quality property management services. It further reflects the passion and professional attitude of our employees to their work, winning high praise from the industry.
With the property management industry becoming more professional and digitalized and the rising expectations from the public towards property management service quality, Hong Yip has been committed to improving its service standards and providing customers with excellent property management services. Hong Yip is also the first and only company in the industry to be approved by The Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) to organise its own course designed for Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence and Qualifications Framework (QF) Level 4.
