What you’ll be doing?
- Handle general administrative and HR related duties, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support the management team daily operational matters.
- Provide support for various HR functions, including recruitment, reporting etc.
- Manage clerical tasks, documentation and data entry, maintaining organized filling systems.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare accurate minutes for timely follow-up.
- Plan and organize staff engagement activities to foster a positive team environment.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative support duties as required.
Who are we looking for?
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Higher Diploma or above with basic English reading and writing skills.
- Proficient in Chinese and English computer applications, including MS Office and Chinese input methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of staff.
- A good team player who can also work independently.
- Detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Candidates available for immediate employment will be given priority.
