Hong Yip Won 4 Awards in the first "OSH Innovation & Technology Award" organized by Occupational Safety and Health Council

Hong Yip Service Company Limited (Hong Yip) has always been at the forefront of innovation and technology, dedicated to promoting efficient and intelligent living environment. On 8th March, Hong Yip, with our project "Three R(VR/AR/MR) Virtual Building - Integrated Emergency Handling Platform", was awarded two major awards at the first "OSH Innovation & Technology Award", organized by the OSH Innovation and Information Technology Committee of the Occupational Safety and Health Council (OSHC), which include the Silver Award (Open Category) of the "First OSH Innovation and Information Technology Award" and the "Most Popular Innovation Award" with the highest number of votes. The Company also received commendation certificates for the other two projects - "Typhoon Surveillance and Management Platform" and "Smart Weather Alert System". Hong Yip became the first and only property management company to win four OSH wards in total, showcasing our contribution and commitment to innovation and occupational safety and health.

Over the years, Hong Yip has been developing various innovative training technologies for the industry. Hong Yip established an Intelligent Training Center in 2018 and introduced the with our project "Three R(VR/AR/MR) Virtual Building - Integrated Emergency Handling Platform", tailor made for the property and security industry in 2022. Following the teaching philosophy of "learn first, experience later, and practice again," we utilized augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR) technologies to design the industry's first 3R integrated emergency handling platform, allowing our employees to progress gradually in their learning process.
