Hong Yip received a gold award in 2003 Hong Kong Eco-Business Awards

The Hong Kong Eco-Business Awards are organized by the Environmental Campaign Committee, Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and Hong Kong Productivity Council to honour local businesses that demonstrate a commitment to the environment.

Hong Yip received a gold award for Green Property Management (Private Housing) for their excellent management and service. The winning property is The Parcville in Yuen Long. In addition, Hong Yip's Wonderland Villas in Kwai Chung received a certificate of merit in the same category and a certificate of merit for Best Environmental Reporting.

Three Hong Yip estates are also entitled to display the Wastewi$e logo: Mei Chung Court in Tai Wai, Scenic View in Ngau Chi Wan and Vigor Industrial Building in Tsing Yi. All these awards demonstrate excellent standards in green management.
