Hong Yip was Awarded Once Again the “Service Talent Award”, the Oscar of Hong Kong retail trade

Sharing the commitment of Sun Hing Kai properties in “Building Homes with Heart”, despite under the impact of the COVID19 pandemic in the past years, Hong Yip continues to implement and enforce strict anti-virus prevention measures in shopping malls to protect the health of merchants and customers while making the shopping environment pleasant for customers. Recently Hong Yip successfully garnered satisfactory results in the “Service Talent Award”, known as the “Oscars of the Retail Industry", once again, organized by The Hong Kong Retail Management Association (“HKRMA”).

We are very delighted that our colleague Ms Chan Yik Kwan from Park Central (Shopping Arcade) was awarded Bronze Award in “Retail Services – Supervisor Level” category. This award is not the sole effort, but the collective effort from Hong Yip management team, who provided a lot of opportunities and continuous support throughout this road to success.

In order to cater to the needs of different groups of people, we have made thoughtful planning in the facilities management, operation flow and service design to create a comfortable, safe and convenient shopping environment for every customer. Designated customer service centres and inspection teams are always available to provide necessary assistance to customers and solve their problems. In addition, we have barrier-free facilities to provide a family-friendly shopping space for customers.
