Hong Yip was awarded "Super MD" by the Employees Retraining Board's "Manpower Developer Award Scheme"

Hong Yip has always underlined the corporate commitment to the value of nurturing future talent and is continuously committed to groom young talents to become future leaders in the property and facility management industry. This year we are very glad that Hong Yip is once again granted the recognition of “Super MD” (Super Manpower Developer) in the Employees Retraining Board Manpower Developer Award Scheme, with the validity period extended from 2 years to 5 years till 2025. This honour is an acknowledgement of our efforts in staff training and talent development, as wll as a demonstration of the Company’s outstanding achievements in our comprehensive internal training, which help effectively improve our staff’s management, leadership and professional knowledge and skills in all aspects, and deliver the ultimate high-quality management services to customers.

The Employees Retraining Board launched the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” in December 2009 to recognise organisations which demonstrate outstanding achievements in manpower training and development as Manpower Developers (MDs). With a view to recognising the exemplary and continuous achievements of MDs in manpower training and development, an upgrading mechanism was introduced in 2019-20. Current MDs that have been granted the award status for 10 consecutive years will be acknowledged as “Super MDs”.
