Hong Yip as the First Property Management Company Winning HKQAA “Leadership Award for Net-Zero Contribution”

Hong Yip has always put high emphasis to the importance of sustainable development and has implemented the sustainability policy by incorporating environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) into its management strategies and daily operations, supporting Hong Kong's commitment to achieve "carbon neutrality" by 2050 and promoting Hong Kong as a sustainable green city.

Recently Hong Yip was awarded several awards by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) in the "Recognition Awards for Organisations 2022”. Our Chairman and Chief Executive Mr. Alkin Kwong received the honour of “Leadership Award for Net-Zero Contribution”, marking Hong Yip the first property management company to receive this special award; while Hong Yip and our managed properties also received the honour of “Pioneering Organisation in Net-Zero Contribution - Commitment to Net-Zero” and “Management Award for Net-Zero Contribution (Property Management) - Visionary Blueprint towards Net-Zero”, demonstrating the industry's recognition of the our efforts in sustainable development.
