Wonderland Villas and Tsuen Wan Plaza Won the “BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards” Bronze Award

Hong Yip has always been actively promoting environmental protection with the implementation of smart technology to enhance management systems. The Company also integrates green elements into daily operation to reduce energy consumption and improve building energy efficiency, bringing a greener home and community for customers.

Both Wonderland Villas and Tsuen Wan Plaza (Shopping Arcade) have won the Bronze Award (Services Sector) in “BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2021” organized by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and Bank of China (Hong Kong), recognizing the management teams’ efforts in environmental protection, energy saving and carbon reduction, as well as environmental education and promotion. This is also the 4^th consecutive year for Wonderland Villas to be awarded this honour, achieving satisfactory results.

For the past ten years Wonderland Villas has been progressively working on food waste recycling program. In the recent years the management team introduced the intelligent recycling management with overwhelming support. During the pandemic, various creative green activities have been carried out, such as KOL green promotional short videos, building a green community hand-in-hand with the residents.

Tsuen Wan Plaza (Shopping Arcade) has also been promoting various green initiatives, including waste reduction, waste separation, resources circulation, industry support, innovation and cooperation as well as education and publicity. With the implementation of digital technologies, the management team aims to contribute to the community and build a sustainable city.
