Hong Kong Housing Authority Outstanding Estate Management Services Contractors Awards 2010

In an award presentation ceremony held on February 15, 2011, the Hong Kong Housing Authority presented 17 prizes to 11 estate management services contractors in recognition of their outstanding performance in the past year.

Officiating at the Estate Management Services Contractors Awards 2010 ceremony, Permanent Secretary for Transport and Housing (Housing) Mr. D.W. Pescod said, "Over the years, we have built close ties with our service contractors. Good communications and exchanges are imperative to strengthening our partnership and improving our estate management services."

The Estate Management Services Contractors Awards is organised annually to give due recognition to those service contractors with excellent performance, encouraging them to make continuous improvement and provide better management services to the residents. The award winners were determined based on the scores given by the assessment panel, the feedback from the Estate Management Advisory Committees and the results of random surveys conducted among the residents.

Hong Yip was granted the Best Property Management Contractor Award in the “HOS and Non-domestic Properties “category.
