Hong Yip Received 3 Awards in the “Employer of Choice Award 2020” as a Recognition of the Company’s Commitment in Valuing Staff and Building an Ideal Working Environment

Hong Yip Service Company Limited (“Hong Yip”) is always committed to the value of nurturing future talent with the aim of equipping staff with management technique, leadership skills and professional knowledge. This year the Company successfully clinched 3 awards from JobMarket in the “Employer of Choice Award 2020”, including “Employer of Choice Award”, “Employee Communication Award” and “Appreciation Culture Award”, in recognition of Hong Yip’s sound and comprehensive talent management strategies in providing an ideal working place for staff.

Hong Yip keeps strengthening the use of information technology to facilitate staff communications. With our self-developed mobile application “WeCom”, our colleagues receive company news and updates at anytime and anywhere. The application also includes different sessions such as CEO’s message, staff training, company activity photos and staff opinion polling etc. The application helps deepening the internal communication, conveying messages effectively and driving the whole company to progress towards the goal with the same vision together.

In addition, Hong Yip has implemented different campaigns to promote company’s appreciation culture. Internal activities, voting and competitions, such as “Appreciation from Customers with Heart”, are held quarterly and annually to reward and commend staff with outstanding performance. The appreciation culture encourages colleagues to share experiences and learn from each other, providing the best property management services to customers together.
