The 4th ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme MD 1st – Grand Prize Award

Hong Yip is the Grand Prize Award winner for 3 consecutive years in the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme”. The Award is to recognize the company’s commitment in promoting manpower training and development, enhancing the awareness of employers and employees on the importance of on-the-job training and continuous upgrading, in order to excel the quality of manpower resources in Hong Kong.

 

The “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” (the Scheme) is held annually with an aim to cultivate a common social value to attach great emphasis on manpower training and development. Participating organisations can review and evaluate the effectiveness of their strategies and practices in manpower training and development in accordance with a set of objective and stringent assessment criteria established by the independent Technical Consultant. Organisations that fulfill the criteria will be acknowledged as MDs within a 2-year validity period, subject to renewal every 2 years.
