2012 Hong Kong Green Awards

Hong Yip, Royal Elite and Grandeur Property Management received a total of 10 awards in the Hong Kong Green Awards 2012. In the Service Provider category, Hong Yip won the Corporation Platinum Award (The Parcville) and Grandeur Property Management took the SME Platinum Award (Noble Hill).

The Green Management (Corporate) Award is assessed by 8 criteria, including green policy, strategy and leadership, energy saving, waste and carbon emission reduction etc.

Our management teams have adopted green practices in our daily operation and helps to enhance the residents’ quality of life. There are 7 green practices: energy saving, water conservation, waste recycling, air pollution control, carbon footprint reduction, green purchasing as well as promotion to achieve sustainability.
