The “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” has entered its third year in 2012. It is the first and foremost scheme to assess the manpower training and development policies and strategies of organizations in Hong Kong. ERB(Employees Retraining Board) has appointed the Hong Kong Productivity Council as the Technical Consultant responsible for evaluation of the participating organizations in terms of five parameters, i.e. “Leading a Learning Culture; Resources Planning; Training and Development System; Performance Management; and Corporate Social Responsibility in Manpower Development”. Hong Yip was highly rated in all aspects and won the “MD 1st – Grand Prize Award” for two consecutive sessions.
