Hong Kong Housing Authority Outstanding Estate Management Services Contractors Awards 2011

In an award presentation ceremony held on February 16, 2012, the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) commended various property services contractors and estate managers for their outstanding performance in managing its properties in the past year.

Officiating at the prize presentation ceremony for the Estate Management Services Contractors Awards 2011, the Deputy Director of Housing (Estate Management), Mr Albert Lee, congratulated the award winners on their outstanding performance and encouraged them to sustain their efforts in providing quality services to residents.

The HA organizes the Estate Management Services Contractors Awards annually to acknowledge the outstanding performance of services contractors and encourage them to strive for excellence. Adjudication is based on the combined scores given by the assessment panel, feedback from the Estate Management Advisory Committees and results of random surveys conducted among residents.

Hong Yip was granted “the Best Property Management Contractor Award in the Home Ownership Scheme and Non-domestic Properties category” for the second year running.
