10-Time Award Winner of the "Best Property Management Agent

To assess the service standard of private property management agents, the Hong Kong Housing Authority has since 1994 conducted annual competitions to select the best management agents of the year.

In Year 2003, Hong Yip, with years of solid experience and high quality service, won two awards in the Best Property Management Agent (HOS) Competition. The winning estates are Yue Chui Court and Mei Chung Court.

Hong Yip is proud of being the only property management company in Hong Kong having won the "Best Property Management Agent" title for 10 consecutive years.
