Q-Mark & Green Mark Certification

Q-Mark Service Scheme certification was established by The Hong Kong Q-Mark Council to recognize the quality standards of companies through its comprehensive Q-Mark requirements. The Council’s stringent quality audit on quarterly basis assures the general public’s confidence in the Q-Mark scheme.

Being the first property management company in the territory to participate in the Q-Mark Service Scheme, Hong Yip has been granted certification for six consecutive years since 2004.

On the other hand, as environmental conservation becomes increasingly important, Hong Kong Q-Mark Council provides a set of criteria to monitor the effectiveness of environmental management system in integrating environmental elements into business operations and management practices. In recognition of our persistent achievement in green property management, Hong Yip has been granted Green Mark certification ever since 2007.
