2009 The Award for Excellence in Training - The Most Innovative Award and Certificate of Excellence

Introduced by The Hong Kong Management Association in 1990, the Award for Excellence in Training is a prestigious benchmark for exemplary training and development practices. Hong Yip was honored to receive Certificate of Merits in 2001 & 2002 respectively. We entered the competition again in 2009 and were granted the Most Innovative Award and Certificate of Excellence through the "Seed for a Green Revolution Programme". The program, the first of its kind in the property management industry, was highly recognized by the judging panel.

Hong Yip strives for customer service excellence and empowers our staff to meet business goals. We uphold "Proactive, Dynamic, Learning, Experience" as the core values to encourage the learning culture. In 2007, We set up the Horticultural School to implant the knowledge of horticulture management to different grades of site staff with a view to enhance the landscaped areas of the properties entrusted to us for management. The programme gained a lot of positive feedback from our staff. With the full support of top management, our staff had effectively applied the skills learnt in their work place.
