Hong Yip was presented the “ERB Excellence Award for Employers 2008”

To support living a positive life through training, Hong Yip has, since 2000, been working with Employees' Retraining Board (ERB) in promoting employees’ retraining programmes and providing ideas of enhancing various courses contents. Hong Yip also launched People Development Program to further enhance the continuous growth and development of our staff with a view to coping with a flexible, excellent and adaptable work-force for the knowledge-based economy of the territory. Hong Yip has employed a large number of retrainees in the recent years as well as providing training opportunities for our staff and retrainees to upgrade their skills.

In the 1st Manpower Development Scheme Award Presentation Ceremony held on 5 December, 2008, Hong Yip was presented the “ERB Excellence Award for Employers” to recognize our contributions and participation in the manpower development, promoting ERB services, caring for our staff and providing career ladders for trainees.
