Winner of the 2006 Hong Kong Eco-Business Award: Green Property Management (Commercial & Industrial) Gold Award

The Hong Kong Eco-Business Awards, organized by Environmental Protection Department, Environmental Campaign Committee, The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and Hong Kong Productivity Council, have been designed to honour businesses in Hong Kong that have demonstrated a commitment to environmental management and to educate organizations regarding the benefits of environmental management.

In 2006, New Tech Plaza managed by Hong Yip was granted the Gold Award in Green Property Management (Commercial & Industrial) category in recognition of our effort in striving to create green environment for our customers. This is the fourth Gold Award for Hong Yip since 2002.
