ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme Manpower Developer 1st - Grand Prize Award

Employees' Retraining Board (ERB) launched the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” in December 2009 to acknowledge organizations which have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments in manpower training and development as Manpower Developers.

Hong Yip was already accredited as “Manpower Developer” (MD 1st) last year. This year, Hong Yip was the only property management company to be granted the “MD 1st - Grand Prize Award” in recognition of our high level of participation in the follow-up activities during 2010-11. Through the Scheme, ERB hopes to establish a strategic partnership with the MDs to promote a corporate culture focusing on manpower training and development among organizations, heighten the awareness of the employers and employees of the importance of on-the-job training and continuous upgrading, in order to enhance the quality of human resources in Hong Kong.
