What you’ll be doing?

• Explore business opportunities for Company’s long term development
• Develop and execute business development strategies to optimize business value in the most cost effective manner
• Oversee the entire tender process and collaborate with the operation team to ensure tender documents are accurate, timely and high-quality
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the existing and potential clients

Who are we looking for?

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with at least 5 years at managerial level. Experience in cleaning, facility management and/or property services industries is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully winning large-scale service contracts through tender process. Experience in Government tender is an advantage
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated, responsible and proactive
