What you’ll be doing?

• Propose and monitor necessary improvements and modifications to existing building facilities as well as planned maintenance schedule
• Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
• Prepare related reports, quotation and data entry for maintenance works

Who are we looking for?

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Service Engineering / or equivalent
• At least 1 year's practical working experience in shopping centre
• Mature, independent and self-motivated
• Registered Electrical Worker for Grade A is preferred
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
