Property and Facility Officer

What you’ll be doing?

  • Assist the Area Manager in providing high-quality property management services
  • Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
  • Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Who are we looking for?

  • Diploma or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework 
  • 2 year's work experience in property management would be an advantage
  • Possess PMP Licence is an advantage 
  • Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Property and Facility Officer and less experience will be considered as Assistant Property and Facility Officer.
