Hong Yip is honoured to receive the “Grand Award of HR Best Practice - Training & Development” in the Classified Post HR Appreciation Awards 2020.

Over the years Hong Yip has been striving for excellence in employee training and development for the sustainable growth of the company. We do not only organize comprehensive trainings for our staff, but also equip them with practical experience through coaching, mentoring and job shadowing schemes, etc. To keep pace with the current technology development, Hong Yip collaborates with different tertiary institutions such as The University of Hong Kong and VTC to develop and introduce virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) in our staff training programs. Our in-house developed e-learning platforms and mobile app WeCom also increase the effectiveness of our trainings. We will continue to provide better training and development to our staff and groom our future leaders.
