Hong Yip Won 15 Awards in “HKIH Elite Awards 2020”

Hong Yip Service Company Limited (“Hong Yip”) has always been known for our professional and caring services. Despite the severe condition of the pandemic this year, the Company remains dedicated to its pledge of “Serving Customers with Heart”. Hong Yip was recently awarded a record high of 15 trophies and clinched two Grand Prizes of “Outstanding Manager” and “Best Innovative Idea” respectively in the first “HKIH Elite Awards 2020” organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Housing.

Hong Yip has been advocating environmental protection and energy conservation for many years and has introduced energy-saving measures in its daily management. Mikiki was awarded the “Best Innovative Idea” Award with their innovation project “Carpark Cooling System”. By collecting condensation water from the air-conditioning system and integrating it with the ventilation system, Mikiki makes best use of the condensation water to cool the chiller system and lower the car park temperature, thus achieving energy saving.

There are totally 5 categories in the HKIH Elite Awards, namely Outstanding Manager, Outstanding Officer, Outstanding Team, Best Crisis Management Team and Best Innovative Idea. The Awards are designed to reward and encourage the professionalism of the property management practitioners and teams for their achievement and contribution, as well as to bring out their outstanding performance to be recognised to a wider public.
