Hong Yip awarded Q-Mark Elite Brand Award for six consecutive years and Q-Mark Certificates (2004-2019) and Green Mark Certificates (2007-2019)

Hong Yip is honored to receive two Q-Mark Elite Brand Awards (Property/Carpark Management & Shopping Mall/Property Management categories) for six consecutive years. This award, organized by Hong Kong Q-Mark Council, aims to select organizations with excellent performance that are well-recognized by the community. It is a voting campaign judged by the public.

 

Besides, The Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme, developed by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council, is a service system certification scheme to assist companies in upgrading their service standard and to recognize their competency in Hong Kong. Green Mark Certification Scheme is a system certification scheme helps to identify, control and monitor the environmental aspects of a company's operations. It assists companies in leveraging a green management system.

 

Hong Yip received both Q-Mark certificate (year 2004-2019) and Green Mark certificate (year 2007-2019). It was the first property management company being granted the Q-Mark certification in the territory to demonstrate its commitment on providing quality management service and persistent achievement in green property management.
