Hong Yip and four properties awarded WGO’s Green Office Label

Hong Yip fully supports the Green Office Awards Labelling Scheme (GOALS) organized by the World Green Organisation. The purpose of the scheme is to recognise and honour the companies who had made efforts to 'green' their offices. Most important is to help businesses evaluate their environmental footprint, as well as identify and apply reduction opportunities, ranging from energy, water and paper consumption to carbon at their offices. Also, the Scheme is to provide businesses with opportunities to gain knowledge and skills on environmental protection and sustainability. The assessment criteria include energy conservation, water conservation, waste reduction, paperless, green procurement, integrated environmental management, education and awareness, green innovation.
