Clubhouse of 18 Farm Road organized cooking class regularly. We used purple sweet potato as the main ingredient to make an Asian snack “Purple Sweet Potato Mochi” on 8 June 2019. Purple sweet potato is well-known as healthy food. We prepared ingredients for the residents to use during the class. After demonstration by our staff, residents started their cooking journey. They took the tasty dessert back home and shared with their family members.
