Senior Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Officer (Property Management)

Job duties:

  • Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
  • Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
  • Perform administrative duties

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with Diploma / Certificate in Property and Facility Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
  • At least 7 years of relevant property management experience
  • Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Customer Service  Officer
