Customer Service Assistant

Job duties:

  • Handle general customers’ enquiries
  • Perform clerical duties related to property management
  • Provide support on ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferably gained from property management industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
