Sharing the commitment of Sun Hung Kai Properties in “Building Homes with Heart”, Hong Yip continues to implement and enforce strict anti-virus prevention measures in our managed shopping malls despite all the challenges arise from COVID19 pandemic in 2021. Our efforts received the recognition from professional parties. Hong Yip was once again awarded satisfactory results in the “Service Talent Award” ceremony, organized by The Hong Kong Retail Management Association (“HKRMA”).
In the “Service Talent Award” prize ceremony, K-Point was awarded Gold Award in the category of “New Participating Brands – Junior Frontline Level”; while Tsuen Wan Plaza received Silver Award in “Retail Services – Supervisor Level” category as well as Outstanding Performance Award in “Property Management – Junior Frontline Level” category. Furthermore, 6 of our customer care ambassadors from Tsuen Wan Plaza, Mikiki and K-Point were named as “Excellent Service Stars” for getting full marks in the round of mystery shopper assessment for their high quality services with care and professionalism.
Hong Yip will continue providing a safe and enjoyable shopping environment for customers to enjoy. And we believe, even with our masks on, customers can still feel our smiles and care behind the masks.
