Quality Property & Facility Management Award is a biennial award jointly organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC). The award recognizes exceptional achievements and excellence in upholding quality and professional standards by introducing innovative technologies and creative management applications in the property and facility management industry. Assessment criteria include the quality of management service, maintenance service, cleaning service, security service, landscaping, environmental conservation, community service and innovative practice.
