Hong Yip’s management properties - Tsuen Wan Plaza and K-Point won three Awards in the Excellence in Facility Management Award (EFMA) 2018

Tsuen Wan Plaza and K-point won an Excellence Award and Merit (retail category) respectively in the “Excellence in Hong Kong Facility Management Award” organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management to recognise their outstanding performance of facility management service. Senior Area Manager Felix Wu, working at Tsuen Wan Plaza, received Managerial Grade for FM People Bronze Award to commend for his outstanding leadership and performance in FM service sector.

 

The Award is based on various assessment factors including maintenance and operation management, information technology, green initiatives, financial management, occupational health & safety, human resources management and etc.
