Hong Yip won top-notch Grand Prize in the 2018 HKMA Quality Award

Hong Yip is very honored to be the Grand Award winner in the 2018 Hong Kong Management Association Quality Award. The Award has the reputation as "Oscar" of quality management in Hong Kong. Winning of this top honor has proved our commitment to quality and performance excellence in customer service as well as to enhance intelligent management. 

Hong Yip is always devoted to team works and understanding of customers’ needs and service expectations. We developed SoProp, WeCom apps to connect our customers and staff without barrier while Nitrol is the checking and security patrolling tool to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation. 

The Award adopts the judging criteria of the American Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The seven judging categories provide a very comprehensive framework for measuring performance excellence and they are: leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, information and analysis, human resource focus, process management, and business results.

Hong Yip was presented with the Grand Award of the 2018 HKMA Quality Award in recognition of our team’s strong commitment to advanced intelligent management and quality excellence as a desire for perfection. Hong Yip Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Alkin Kwong (second left) and Director Ip Siu-chuen (second right) received the grand honour at the Award Presentation Ceremony held on 20 July 2018.
