Hong Yip won Joint Energy Saving Award in the GREENPLUS Award 2017 Aria achieved Gold Award (property management – residential) and Smart Business Energy Saving Award

 

Hong Yip participated the sixth GREENPLUS Award Programme. After a stringent shortlist process from more than 7,000 entrants, on-site inspection and interview, Hong Yip won the Joint Energy Saving Award. Aria also achieved Gold Award in the property management (residential) category and Smart Business Energy Saving Award.
In order to achieve energy savings and reduce electricity expenditure, Aria Team adopted CLP's "Smart Management" in the gym room to control  lighting system through motion sensor readings in order to reduce an idle power consumption. Aria Team can remotely control the lighting system and monitor indoor air quality anytime and anywhere to enhance efficiency. Aria currently uses CLP’s Meter Online Service as well as “Energy Saving Signal” with red, yellow and green lights showing the number of air-conditioning units needed according to daily weather forecasts to indicate a clear instruction to frontline staff. The team makes use of the App to promote energy saving tips to encourage households reduce their wastes from the source.
