The Hong Kong Q-Mark Scheme, operated by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council under the Hong Kong Federation of Industries of Hong Kong, is a service system certification scheme in order to assist companies in upgrading the standard of their services and to recognize their competencies and contributions in the industry.

Hong Yip is honored to receive both Q-Mark certificate (year 2004-2014) and Green Mark certificate (year 2007-2017). It was the first property management company being granted the Q-Mark certification in the territory to demonstrate its commitment on providing quality management service and persistent achievement in green property management.

Hong Yip won the "Q-Mark Elite Brand Award (Service Brand)" for four consecutive years. Public are invited to vote for the best brand of different categories which they believe deserving the most recognition.
