Valais and Imperial Cullinan won Silver and Bronze Awards in the "Quality Management。Caring Buildings Property Management Competition"

To enhance public awareness of the importance of proper building management and to promote good practices of building management in Hong Kong, the Water Supplies Department, the Buildings Department, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, the Fire Services Department, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, and the Home Affairs Department jointly organised the "Quality Management。Caring Buildings Property Management Competition". The aims of the Competition are mainly to encourage property owners to continuously improve their building management, to advocate the message of quality building management to residents; and to give recognition to outstanding building management organizations.

The competition covers comprehensive assessment including building safety/ maintenance of the building and improvement plan, maintenance of the electrical and mechanical facilities, implementation of fire protection measures, transparency in building management, building environmental cleanliness and hygiene, greening and building security.

Valais and Imperial Cullinan received Silver and Bronze Award respectively in the category of the medium-scale residential properties to recognise their excellent building management quality by the government departments and professional institutes.
