Manhattan Hill, Wonderland Villas and Tsuen Wan Plaza won Awards in the Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence 2016

The HKAEE aims to encourage organisations to adopt green management, and to benchmark their commitments towards best practices within their sectors, and recognise their efforts on environmental protection.

Hong Yip endeavors to adopt green management in daily operations such as energy saving and carbon reduction, domestic waste recycling and food waste management, landscaping, indoor air quality monitoring, green procurement, publicity and education and etc. Hong Yip also joined the Charter on External Lighting and Energy Saving Charter on Indoor Temperature from Environment Bureau to minimize energy wastage.

This year, Manhattan Hill, Wonderland Villas and Tsuen Wan Plaza won Awards in the HKAEE to demonstrate their all-round and outstanding environmental performance in the property management sector.
